Superbly situated in one of the most desirable areas of the Dordogne between Salignac and the remarkable medieval town of Sarlat 6 km. Sarlat has stone coloured ancient buildings, attractive cobbled streets, renowned Saturday market, plenty of shops and restaurants, tennis and riding. Village of Proissans just a few minutes walk but with no services. Other attractions within easy reach include the Gardens of the Manoir d’Eyrignac, the Moulin de la Tour, a water mill producing nut oil still using the original antique mill and presses. South of Sarlat lie the pretty villages of Beynac, la Roque Gageac and Domme - a fortified bastide perched on the cliff edge. One of the best ways of seeing these villages is to take a canoe down the river. For local restaurants, baker and grocery shop St Natalène is just a few min drive. International airports: Bergerac 75 km/Limoges 154 km.

Surrounded by a large open garden, fields and woodland but not completely isolated. The grounds offer relaxation with various chairs and tables scattered on either side of the enclosed covered pool, table tennis, large open terrace between the house and the pool for al fresco dining. For those who enjoy working out, at the far end of the pool there is a large area with various pieces of equipment and a sofa to recuperate on after! The enclosed covered heated pool is 12 x 5 x 1-2.5m depth, the doors on either side are sliding to ensure it is ideal for summer use .BBQ.
