This pretty traditional villa is set in an elevated peaceful position in a residential area just 3km above the coast and 4km from the beach and centre of Moraira (there are shops and restaurants within 7-8 min walk). There are superb sea views from the large furnished balcony bordered by sweet smelling jasmine as well as from the private swimming pool (8m x 4m depth 0.8n to 2m) and sun terraces which are set to one side of the villa. There is also a garden/orchard filled with citrus trees below the house. A pretty keenly priced villa that is suited to families or couples who want to be within easy reach of the beach and shops. The larger resort of Calpe is just 10 min drive away whilst the many attractions of Benidorm (including terra Mittica theme park) is approx. 20-25 min drive. One storey. Kitchen with microwave dishwasher and washing machine. Lounge/dining room with satellite TV and DVD plus patio doors onto balcony with sea views. Two twin and one double bedrooms full bathroom and shower/WC. Parking area on long driveway by front door. Weekly cleaning and linen change. Saturday changeover.
