Quinta do Rosal is a small and very tasteful residential development, situated in a quiet area just 4 km from Carvoeiro – far enough to be peaceful, but close enough to be convenient. The development consists of a small number of individual detached villas and some townhouses, which are built in grounds around the central communal large swimming pool (with separate children’s pool) and restaurant area.

There are also tennis courts available for the use of guests and residents. The restaurant is a feature of Quinta do Rosal, offering a range of excellent quality food and the weekly barbecue around the pool is a great hit with visitors. There is also a poolside internet café and small shop selling essentials, as well as a very helpful reception (open 9.30am until 5.30pm 7 days a week from Apr to Oct, Mon to Fri in Winter) where videos/DVDs can be hired and local advice is available.

This is a delightful corner of the Algarve and the Carvoeiro area offers several beautiful beaches, including Benagil, Marinha and Abandeira, all of which are within 5-7 min drive of Quinta do Rosal.

We offer a selection of two and three bedroom townhouses and bungalows, set in lovely lawned grounds above the swimming pool and restaurant area. They are extremely spacious, most comfortably and tastefully furnished and are very well equipped, making a delightful holiday home. Some houses have air-conditioning available at an extra local cost of €25 per week, please request this facility at the time of booking.

Three Bedroom Townhouses (sleep 6 + 1 child) are on 2 storeys and have a lounge/dining room with satellite TV (with most free to air UK channels) and video or DVD, plus patio doors leading onto a dining terrace with two sunbeds and a lawned garden area. Fitted kitchen with microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. One twin bedroom and bathroom downstairs, plus a double bedroom, twin bedroom and further full ensuite bathroom upstairs. An extra bed can be provided for 1 child.

Twice weekly cleaning and towel change, weekly linen change. Minimum stay 7 nights, Thursday or Saturday changeover.
