Along with its identical neighbour, Villa Elena (SNC001), Lucia is a newly built, well equipped house in a residential area close to the lovely cove of Cala en Brut. and just 700m (in either direction) from the larger resorts and beaches of Cala en Forcat and Cala en Blanes, where there is a wealth of shops, bars, restaurants and fine sandy beaches, as well as a water park for families. The very convenient location of villa Lucia makes it an ideal choice for families, with so many amenities close at hand. Car hire is not essential here.

Historic Ciutadella with its beautiful port, fine buildings and superb restaurants, is just 4 km away, making this an ideal location for a relaxing villa holiday with all amenities close at hand. The superb ‘virgin’ beaches of Algaiarens are approx. 15 km away and well worth visiting.

One storey. Front garden leading to entrance. Tastefully furnished lounge/dining room with basic satellite TV, DVD player and patio doors onto sun terrace and pool. Modern fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, full cooker, microwave and dishwasher. Utility room with washing machine. Master double bedroom with ensuite bath/WC and doors opening onto terrace. 2 twins bedrooms also open onto pool area. 2nd bathroom. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and there is also a safe. An extra bed can be provided for one child up to 16 years old. Garden with BBQ to front and side of house, with swimming pool (8m x 4m, depth 1.1m to 1.9m, with roman steps) and sun terraces at rear.

Cleaning and towel change twice weekly, linen changed weekly. Minimum stay 7 nights, arrive anyday.
