Los Rosales is a spacious and well equipped, detached villa situated in a quiet area 2.5 km from the shops and beaches of Moraira and just over 1 km from the nearest restaurant. Set in fairly extensive and private gardens with mature bushes, private swimming pool (8m x 4m, depth 1m to 2m, with roman steps), sun terraces and a most attractive shaded stone dining table and BBQ, it is a comfortable, well equipped and homely villa, ideal for larger families or a group of friends. There are excellent views from the upstairs sun lounge/conservatory.
Two storeys. Covered porch leads to a hallway and then to a spacious lounge/dining room with enclosed fireplace, satellite TV, CD and DVD players. Fitted kitchen with full cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Twin bedroom and full bathroom downstairs. Stairs lead up to a landing area, with one double, one twin and 2 single bedrooms, plus a family bathroom. There is also a large sun lounge with panoramic sea views on this upper level – perfect for relaxing on a cooler day.
Weekly cleaning and linen change. Saturday changeover between 18 July -28 August, Tuesday or Saturday arrivals (for stays of 7, 10, 11, 14 nights etc) at other times.
