One moment you are on the bustling coastline at Coral Bay and the next you find yourself in the heart of rural Cyprus and its terraced farmlands. There’s even a traditional goat farm en route to the villa, which the children will love. This detached villa is new, well-equipped, comfortably furnished and in a garden with its own pool and outside dining area terrace. It is next door to Villa Hermes (ref CPA013), but positioned far enough away to guarantee privacy, whilst providing perfect accommodation for large parties travelling together.
Ground floor: fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine, opening onto a dining area and lounge with patio doors to the terrace which offers panoramic countryside and sea views, 1 double bedroom with en suite shower, 2 twin bedrooms with en suite shower rooms, cloakroom/WC. Satellite TV, DVD, CD player, BBQ.
Maid service twice weekly. Linen changed weekly, with towels changed twice weekly. Air conditioning in all rooms at additional cost of €4.50 per unit per day payable locally. Cot and high chair available. Any day arrival, minimum stay 5 nights.
