Standing in over 30,000 sq metres of private grounds filled with fruit trees and shrubs in the countryside, Villa Can Joan Yern enjoys a wonderfully peaceful and secluded position, yet is just 1.2 km from a supermarket and several excellent restaurants, whilst the beaches and many amenities of Santa Eulalia is just 10 min drive away, with Ibiza Town and many other beaches within 15 min. A renovated 200 year old typical Ibicencan finca, the house combines traditional features with modern comforts and makes a very homely and welcoming holiday villa, which is beautifully maintained by the friendly owner (who speaks English). The thick walls ensure the villa is always cool in Summer. There are wonderful views over the countryside, which also provides many interesting and beautiful walks. Villa Can Toni (SIV011) is just 300m away, so both houses can be booked together by two families or a group of friends. A lovely villa that is much appreciated by guests and is highly recommended for anyone wanting to combine countryside privacy with easy access to the beaches and many attractions of Ibiza. Some of Ibiza's most beautiful beaches are within 10 - 15 min drive. Cala Lena, Es Figureal, Portinata and Benirras.
Two storeys. A shaded dining terrace with BBQ leads into a lounge/dining room with satellite TV and DVD player, kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer, one double and two twin bedrooms, plus two bathrooms. Upstairs is a further bedroom with small double bed (for one person only) and small door to roof terrace. The raised swimming pool (8m x 4m, depth 0.8m to 1.5m, with ladder) and spacious sun terraces are reached by steps from the front of the house and are enclosed by a balustrade. Internet connection available (deposit payable locally).
Weekly cleaning and towel/linen change. Sat or Sun arrivals 2 May - 29 Jun and 30 Aug - 31 Oct. Sunday changeover only 6 Jul - 23 Aug. Please give us your flight details.
