Medieval fortified village of Cordes with its breathtaking views, 4 km for restaurants and shops, bike hire and an ideal walking centre with lots of well-marked paths. 15 min drive from Albi the lovely old town of art and culture with its beautiful cathedral, bridge, and fascinating Toulouse Lautrec museum. Children will enjoy the watersports centres with sandy beach nearby at Souel and Castelnau de Montmiral. Canoeing at St-Antonin-Noble-Val 30 km. The vineyards at Gaillac 15 min drive, and many nearby bastide villages are well worth visiting. International airport: Toulouse 88 km.
