This spacious and atmospheric villa has been delightfully converted from an old farmhouse and retains many of its original features, including beamed ceilings, tiled floors and some antique furniture. Set on a small hill just over 1 km (10 mins walk downhill, 15 mins back) from the pretty village and marina of Porto Petro (where there are some superb restaurants and several bars and shops) and 4 km from the beaches, port and nightlife of Cala d’Or, it enjoys a tranquil yet very convenient location, with wonderful sea views. There are extensive terraces around the large swimming pool (8.5m x 5m, depth 1m to 2m, with roman steps), plus a shaded dining area and BBQ to the side of the house. The wonderful beach and national park of Cala Mondrago is just 6 km away, whilst there are many other small sandy coves within easy reach. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a villa in a peaceful yet easily accessible situation.

Two storeys. Old double doors lead into a very spacious and cool lounge/dining room with basic satellite TV and DVD, and then to a fitted kitchen/diner with fridge/freezer, full cooker and microwave (washing machine in garage next door to kitchen). There is also a double bedroom with 4-poster bed and shower/WC on the ground floor. Upstairs is a further lounge and 2 twin bedrooms, a full bathroom and a large shaded terrace with panoramic sea views. All bedrooms have fans.
