Less than 5 min walk to the beautiful long sandy beach of Le Bouil on the outskirts of Longeville-sur-Mer, and close to its village shop and restaurant. La Tranche-sur-Mer, 10 min drive, has one of the best and safest beaches in the area. Jard-sur-Mer 8 km has supermarkets, good restaurants and shopping as well as tennis and riding. Choice of other sandy beaches in the area, with lovely cool pine forests as a backdrop. Golf at Bourgenay 15 min drive. Les Sables-d'Olonne 30 km well worth a visit for its beaches, picturesque harbour, casinos and zoo. International airports: La Rochelle 70 km/Nantes 123 km.
An elevated single-storey property, set in its own fenced garden of mainly grass on a quiet lane close to the beach. A pergola with garden table and chairs at the front of the house serves as terrace. Ideal for peaceful relaxation near to the beach. BBQ.
