This attractive, spacious and comfortable villa is very popular as it is very well situated on a hillside just 1 km from historic Pollensa Town and also has air-conditioning in two of its bedrooms. With superb views over the town and countryside, it is close to the restaurants and shops in this beautiful area, whilst the beaches of Puerto Pollensa are just 10 min drive away. Set in spacious, partly lawned grounds with a good sized private swimming pool (8.5m x 4.5m, depth 1.2m to 2.2m, with roman steps) bordered by sun terraces, there is also a shaded dining terrace and BBQ area, as well as a rooftop solarium (reached by outside steps). Inside, Coster Tomeu is spacious and comfortably furnished in a bright, modern style. It is ideal for guests who do not want to use their car all the time as the shops and restaurants of gorgeous Pollensa are within easy walking distance.

One storey. Lounge/dining room with fireplace, satellite TV and DVD player. Kitchen with fridge, full cooker and microwave. Two twin and one double bedrooms, full bathroom. Further shower/WC with washing machine. BBQ and outdoor dining area, plus rooftop terrace. Air-conditioning and heating in 2 bedrooms included at no extra charge.

Twice weekly cleaning and weekly linen change. Saturday changeover between 23 May -25 Sep, anyday arrivals at other times.
