Ideal for small families, this is a charming, typically Mallorcan house that is comfortably and tastefully furnished in local style. The house is located in a quiet residential area of Cala San Vicente with on street parking, and is reached by a short flight of steps up to a shaded front terrace. Most importantly, Villa Marti is just 5-10 min walk from the heart of this small resort, with a selection of shops and restaurants, as well as two gently shelving sandy coves which are ideal for families.

One storey. Lounge/dining room with beamed ceilings, stone fireplace and satellite TV with DVD. This leads off to the separate, fitted kitchen with full cooker, fridge/freezer, washing machine and microwave. A couple of steps take you up to the bedrooms, 1 double with ensuite shower room and one twin and one single bedrooms (the single suitable for a small child) and further full bathroom. The private swimming pool (6m x 4m depth 1.1m - 2m, with steps), with surrounding patio area and portable BBQ, is located behind the house with table and chairs, ideal for outdoor eating. Free safe. All bedrooms have fans.

Twice weekly cleaning and towel change, weekly linen change. Saturday changeovers between 23 May - 25 Sep; anyday arrivals at other times

Please note: we consider car hire essential in April and October, when the village is quiet and not all amenities are open.
