The beaches of Puerto Pollensa and Cala San Vicente are approx. 5 km away. Torrentera Gran is adjacent to its smaller sister, Torrentera Petita (SMP044) but the grounds are separated by walls and high hedges so each house is quite private, yet can be booked with its neighbour for larger parties.

The house has been recently upgraded by its owners, offering a stylish décor whilst retaining all the original features such as cool stone walls and beamed ceilings to give a most comfortable and atmospheric holiday home. The swimming pool (7.5m x 4m, depth 0.9m to 1.9m, with steps) and sun terraces are situated at the front of the house in the walled and gated garden/driveway, whilst the BBQ and dining terrace are at the rear. This very superior villa is highly recommended for guests who want a superior, air conditioned villa within easy walking distance of shops, bars and restaurants.

Two storeys. Solid oak doors lead into the attractive lounge with stone arches, satellite TV, CD and DVD. Fitted kitchen/dining room with full cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. Utility room with washing machine. Double bedroom and shower/WC downstairs. Upstairs is a master double with dressing room, en suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath, plus a sun terrace. Two further twins sharing a bathroom upstairs. All bedrooms are air conditioned/heated, included at no extra charge.

Twice weekly cleaning and towel change, linen once. Saturday changeover between 23 May -25 Sep, anyday arrivals at other times.
