Situated in open fields just 2 km from the village of Sa Pobla, 8 km from Alcudia and 12 km from Pollensa, this old farmhouse has been beautifully restored and renovated to provide a most comfortable and attractive holiday home. With spacious lawned gardens, several terraces and a large swimming pool (10m x 5m, depth 1.5m to 2m, with roman steps), it is a superb house for outdoor living, whilst the accommodation (all on the upper level) is spacious and very comfortable.

There is a variety of shops and small restaurants in Sa Pobla itself, whilst the un-touristy location of Casa Gomila (with much less traffic than Pollensa and excellent connections to the South) makes it a convenient base for exploring the rest of the island. The beaches, bars, shops and restaurants of both Puerto Pollensa are easily reached by car but the setting of Casa Gomila makes it ideal for people who want to combine relaxing around the villa with discovering other parts of Mallorca. Historic Alcudia town, the lively resort of Puerto Alcudia and the stunning Playa de Muro beach and nature reserve are all just 10 min drive.

Two storeys. All the accommodation is on the upper level, reached by a wide stone staircase. Conservatory lounge with basic satellite TV and DVD player, open plan dining room/lounge, kitchen with breakfast bar, microwave and dishwasher, 1 double and 2 twin bedrooms, bathroom with washing machine. Free safe and central heating for cooler months. Large terrace with superb views of the countryside and coast. Downstairs at pool level is a shaded dining terrace with BBQ, plus a further shower/WC. Fans are provided.

Twice weekly cleaning and towel change, linen weekly. Saturday changeover between 23 May -25 Sep, anyday arrivals at other times.
