Situated in the countryside between Pollensa (4 km) and Puerto Pollensa this gorgeous little house is next door to El Vila (SMP012) and has been lovingly converted into a delightful little villa that is ideal for romantic couples or a small family, and is completely private from its neighbour, with its own driveway and no shared areas. Set in an extensive lawned garden with shaded terrace, BBQ and a swimming pool measuring 8m x 4m (depth 1m to 1.8m, with roman steps), the ivy-clad house has been beautifully furnished with lots of personal touches and local artefacts. There are wonderful views of Formentor from the large upstairs terrace, whilst the lovely garden is completely private and very peaceful.
A charming and delightful small villa that is ideal for couples or a small family, Vileta can also be booked with the next door El Vila for larger parties wanting privacy from each other, as well as 2 pools. One of our most popular villas, Vileta is highly recommended.
Two storeys. Lounge/dining room with basic satellite TV and DVD, small fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, full cooker, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher, twin bedroom and bathroom downstairs. Upstairs is a double bedroom with ensuite shower/wc and large terrace with panoramic views. Free safe. Fans are provided
Twice weekly cleaning and towel change, linen weekly. Saturday changeover between 23 May -25 Sep, anyday arrivals at other times.
