This very distinctive and private villa is set in an elevated position above the sea and is just 2 min walk from the small cove of Biniancola (where there a few handy restaurants and bars), and just 5 min drive from the larger resorts of Punta Prima and Binibeca, both of which have a wide variety of shops, bars and restaurants, as well as large sandy beaches! The capital of Menorca, Mahon, is 20 min drive away.

The house is built in an L shape around the swimming pool (8m x 4m, depth 0.9m to 1.8m, with steps) and sun terraces and has a most unusual sliding wooden wall which affords either complete privacy or wonderful sea views from the pool and covered dining areas. The private garden is dotted with sweet smelling lavender bushes, and is particularly delightful in the evenings. Stylishly decorated and designed, with good quality furnishings, Els Ullastres is a very desirable holiday home in an unbeatable location. There are a couple of restaurants and bars within 2 minutes walk, making this an ideal villa for guests who dont want to drive in the evening.

One level only. Driveway up through front garden to house. Open-plan living/dining room with basic satellite TV and DVD player, plus french windows onto terraces, modern fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, full cooker, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine, 1 double and 2 twin bedrooms, all with doors opening onto pool area, full bathroom and further guest WC. An extra bed can be provided for one child up to 16 years old. Front and rear gardens, plus private terraces (partly shaded) around pool. An extra bed can be prvided for 12 child - £5 per day. Covered terrace and BBQ area with sliding doors affording views of the cove and sea.

Cleaning and towel change twice weekly, linen changed weekly. Minium stay 7 nights, arrive anyday.
