Larger shops and a good choice of restaurants can be found at Mussidan 10 min drive, where there is also a cinema, tennis, bike hire, and a sandy river beach with canoeing on the Dordogne. A wider range still of shops, restaurants and facilities such as bowling and clubs at the equally attractive but much larger town of Bergerac with its medieval cobbled streets, 30 min drive. Quaint old town of Villamblard with picturesque château 10 min drive. 25 min drive to riding at Le Grand Vignoble near Bergerac. Golf at Périgueux 45 min. Swimming lake with beaches and windsurfing, 40 min drive.International airports: Bergerac 30 km/Périgueux 44 km.

A pretty detached house in traditional Perigourdine style equipped to comfortable modern standards, situated in peaceful countryside. The terrace, garden and swimming pool have lovely views over fields and picturesque woods. The swimming pool, 10 x 5 x 1.1-1.8m depth has security immersion alarm and roman steps.
