At the garden level there is a large garage with enough space for 3 cars to park, it also houses a few private rooms not for clients use.  Stairs lead to an upper level with a washing machine. The first floor is accessed by external stairs and opens into a large hallway.  Living/dining room equipped with a TV, DVD, french windows leading directly out to terrace. Kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and further dining area.
