Quinta do Rosal is a small and exclusive development, situated on the outskirts of Carvoeiro – far enough to be peaceful, but close enough to be convenient. The development consists of a small number of individual detached villas, each with their own private pool, and some townhouses, which are built in grounds around the central communal swimming pool and restaurant area. There are also tennis courts available for the use of guests and residents.

The restaurant is a feature of Quinta do Rosal, offering a range of excellent quality food and the weekly barbecue around the pool is a great hit with visitors. Quinta do Rosal is approx 5 km outside Carvoeiro, in the direction of Benagil and the lovely Praia da Marinha beach.

Casa Dias Felizes is a lovely villa, situated on the road leading into Quinta do Rosal, but standing in its own private garden. Well-equipped and comfortable inside, the villa offers excellent accommodation. The pool (dimensions: 10m x 5m and depths 1m to 2.3m), with an adjacent jacuzzi, is set in a lawned garden with a built-in BBQ and sitting area. The back garden and pool area is gated for child safety.

Ground floor: Open-plan living/dining room with TV, video and CD player, opening onto pool terrace. Kitchen with microwave, dishwasher and washing machine, 1 twin and 1 double bedroom each with ensuite bathroom, separate cloakroom/WC. 1st floor: master double bedroom with ensuite shower room/WC opening onto large balcony with exterior steps leading to the pool. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and air-conditioning.

Built-in BBQ and British satellite TV. Air-conditioning: €30 per week, plus €25 deposit, payable locally on arrival if required.

Maid service twice weekly. Linen change weekly with towels changed twice weekly.

Minimum stay 7 nights, Thursday changeover.
