Quinta do Rosal is a small and exclusive development, situated on the outskirts of Carvoeiro – far enough to be peaceful, but close enough to be convenient. The development consists of a small number of individual detached villas, each with their own private pool, and some townhouses, which are built in grounds around the central communal swimming pool and restaurant area.

There are also tennis courts available for the use of guests and residents. The restaurant is a feature of Quinta do Rosal, offering a range of excellent quality food and the weekly barbecue around the pool is a great hit with visitors. Quinta do Rosal is approx 5 km outside Carvoeiro, in the direction of Benagil and the lovely Praia da Marinha beach.

Villa Justine is spacious and very comfortable, occupying a quiet spot on Quinta do Rosal. Its attractive living room has a wooden beamed ceiling, and opens directly onto the pool area at the rear. The pool measures 8m x 4m and depths from 1.2m to 1.8m. The villa is modern and cool and furnished to a very high standard, making it a great choice for a family holiday.

Ground floor: hall with cloakroom/WC, kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, large open-plan living/dining room with satellite TV and DVD, opening onto pool terrace, 1 double bedroom with ensuite shower room/WC opening onto pool terrace, 2 twin bedrooms sharing a shower room/WC and opening onto garden area by pool, master double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and separate shower.

Built-in BBQ.

Maid service twice weekly, linen change weekly, with towels changed twice weekly.

Thursday changeover.
