Chalet Kirsanna is located in the Fieschertal (1100m altitude) at the end of the Alpine road. Your apartment is approx. 65m2, located on the ground floor and cosily decorated with wood finishings. Because there is no through traffic, it is really quiet here. The Fieschertal is considered a fresh air spa resort. It is a wide valley and the home is built on flat ground. You can park your car in front of the chalet. At a few hundred metres of the chalet you will find an excellent restaurant and a supermarket.
The ski area of Fiesch is linked with the Rieder- and Bettmeralp ski areas. The Fiesch ski area has 45 km pistes. Fiesch is linked to the Fiescheralp by cable car. From Kuhboden a cable car takes you to the Eggishorn (2889 m). The Eggishorn only has black pistes. Beginners will have to go down by cable car, where they will find numerous blue pistes. In Fiesch itself there are 2 langlaufloipes. One of 8 km in the valley and one of 2 km up in the ski area. The Gomserdal offers a total of 40 km langlaufloipes which are also accessible by train.
There are various walking and climbing opportunities around the chalet. There is a pretty path through the valley to the neighbouring village Lax and a path from the Fiescheralp to the Bettmeralp. There are endless walking paths around Riederalp and Bettmeralp. In Fiesch you will find a swimming pool, mini-golf, small zoo, tennis courts and various restaurants. You can visit an outdoor swimming pool and golf course in the neighbouring villages.
A summer or a winter holiday in the Fieschertal is always a real experience!
